Rental Policy

All cancellations must be called in before the day of your rental.



Here at Alliance Inflatables, we do our best to accommodate all customers in the event of unforeseen weather. We try to keep a very close eye on the weather forecast for our area. We ask that you do your part as well and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area.

We have adopted what we feel is a just policy for cancellations and rainchecks. Sometimes, it may be raining in one part of town but not in another. For this reason, WE (Alliance Inflatables) WILL NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER unless we feel it would endanger our equipment. Otherwise, the decision to cancel is left solely to you, the customer. Please feel free to call should you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.

Note that units may be left outside during the rain. They must be turned off (deflated) while it is raining or too windy, but once the rain has stopped and/or the wind subsided, they can be reinflated (all it takes is the flip of a switch).

Delivery Times:
We try to call every customer the day before a rental. If you have not heard from us by 6pm the day before your rental, please give us a call to check on you scheduled delivery time. In order for all rentals to be delivered on time, we will occasionally deliver several hours in advance of the scheduled rental time. Worry not. There is no additional charge for this additional time.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a rental, you are responsible for notifying the office BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF YOUR RENTAL. Once the equipment is delivered, the FULL AMOUNT IS DUE regardless of total time used.

All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is scheduled to be delivered early. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.

Deposits:
All orders require a minimum $50 deposit. If you cancel 7 days or more before your event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel inside of 7 days of your event, you will receive a raincheck for your $50 deposit that is good for up to one year towards your next rental. We do not refund deposits within 7 days of an event due to the decrease in likelihood we will be able to rent the equipment to someone else within 7 days.
